18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

Every individual visually depicted in either images or videos offered for viewing at milfpics.net was 18 years of age or more when the content was made.

Exemption: Content Produced by Third Parties

milfpics.net operators are not the primary "producers" of any sexually explicit images or video recordings, whether of real or simulated sexual behavior, that are accessible on the site. The actions of owners and operators of the website are confined to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, or formatting of content, which may be sexually explicit, that is contributed by third-party users. All user-furnished content appearing on milfpics.net results from the actions of users of the website, who have control of areas of the website that contain the content. The operators of milfpics.net are therefore free from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as set out in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). Any content that is deemed illegal, obscene, harmful, harassing, defamatory or in any respect incompatible with the terms of use and policies of the website, may be removed at the sole discretion of the operator or owner, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c).

Exemption: Content Produced by Website Operator

With respect to any photos and videos on the website, for which the operators may be regarded as either the primary or secondary “producer,” said photos and videos are not bound by the provisions of 18 USC 2257 Statement and 28 C.F.R. 75 because they do not portray sexually explicit conduct or they portray only simulated sexual conduct.

Designated Records Custodian

The operator of the website has designated a custodian to be the keeper of original records as necessitated by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. The records are in the care of said custodian and can be perused by sending a request via our contact form.
